No Small Affair review

Posted : 13 years, 10 months ago on 18 June 2010 06:53 (A review of No Small Affair)

this 1984 movie starred demi moore as photographer, laura victor. when charles cummings a 16 year old meets her, he falls head first in love with her and persues her with a don't take no for an answer plan to win her love. charles as played by john cryer is sweet and funny. i really liked this movie all those years ago. i still like jon in his role as allen on two and a half men. of course demi went on to full fledged stardom, marriedbruce willis , had three daughters, got divorced, and then married her young man, ashton kutcher. that sounds like this movie except ashton is the photographer this time.

Lady Chatterley review

Posted : 13 years, 10 months ago on 11 June 2010 03:08 (A review of Lady Chatterley)

Lady Chatterley is desperately lonely even though she has a beautiful country house with her husband. Her husband came home a cripple from the war, and assumes that he is unable to assume his role as lover to his wife. He tells his wife that it is alright for her to become pregnant with another man, but expects her to choose a man who is in the same station in life as they are. Lady Chatterley in her loneliness has been going to the game-keepers hut and befriending him. After a time, they had become intimate. It is later that she experiences fulfillment with him, and for the first time in her life. The rest of the story is for you to watch and see. It is a lengthy movie, but I heartily recommend it for the patient romantic. Contains nudity

This Australian film concerns a jack russell terrier that becomes able to verbally communicate with ZAC, a young teen. The boy and dog team up to prevent a villianous woman from recovering the loot that she had already killed for. HEATH LEDGER played OBERON a small role in one of his earliest movies. This movie may be watched on IMDB.

Some Kind of Wonderful review

Posted : 13 years, 10 months ago on 1 June 2010 03:34 (A review of Some Kind of Wonderful)

THIS IS A TRUlY GREAT MOVIE. Watts,(Mary Stuart Masterson) is in love with her best friend Keith. Nonetheless, she tries to help him win the love of Miss Amanda Jones . The lesson he ends up learning is the basis for this witty but sweet comedy-love story.

On the 2nd Day of Christmas review

Posted : 13 years, 10 months ago on 1 June 2010 03:21 (A review of On the 2nd Day of Christmas)

mary's character is caught shoplifting on christmas eve, but the store detective (mark ruffalo) puts her back on the right path by treating her with love instead of with judgement only. what ensues makes for an enjoyable and moving story.
